What I collect

When you fill out the contact form on this site I collect your name and email address so I can respond to you. If you sign up for my Happy eMail list through Kit, I collect your email address. If you submit your mailing address for the Happy Mail list, I collect your name and physical mailing address. This is used only to mail you original artwork and nothing else.

This site uses cookies for basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Embedded content

This site embeds content from third party services including Kit for email signup forms. These services may collect anonymized data about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policies.

How I use your information

I use your information only to respond to your messages, send the Happy eMail newsletter if you have opted in, and mail artwork to Happy Mail list subscribers. I do not sell, share, or rent your information to anyone.

Third party services

This site uses Kit (ConvertKit) for email. Your email address is stored on their platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. This site also uses Yoast SEO and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. These services may collect anonymized data about your visit such as pages viewed and time on site. No personally identifiable information is shared with these services.

How long I keep your information

Contact form submissions and email addresses are retained until you request deletion. Mailing addresses are kept only as long as you wish to remain on the Happy Mail list.

You can ask me to update or delete your information at any time by emailing jodihappyheart@gmail.com.
